These developments prioritize affordability, quality, and long-term sustainability, providing safe, comfortable, and inclusive housing options for individuals and families within the community.
Requirements
The 2025 VIBI Awards are open to all UDI-CR Members in good standing. To be eligible, nominees must have held UDI-CR membership for a minimum of six (6) months at the time of submission. Submissions can be self-nominated or independently nominated. Projects must not have won a VIBI Award in previous years.
Qualifying Period: Projects must have achieved occupancy between April 1, 2023, and April 1, 2025.
