Recognizing projects that successfully integrate diverse uses such as residential, commercial, retail, and recreational spaces within a single development. These projects demonstrate innovative design and planning strategies that create vibrant, dynamic urban environments, promoting connectivity and enhancing the overall urban experience.
Requirements
The 2025 VIBI Awards are open to all UDI-CR Members in good standing. To be eligible, nominees must have held UDI-CR membership for a minimum of six (6) months at the time of submission. Submissions can be self-nominated or independently nominated. Projects must not have won a VIBI Award in previous years.
Qualifying Period: Projects must have achieved occupancy between April 1, 2023, and April 1, 2025.
